TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Laptop-Power-Adapters.co.uk is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qual-IT Group of companies owned by Qual-IT London Limited.

By using our services and/or purchasing our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of service.

These terms and conditions will apply to all sales contracts excluding any other specific terms and conditions that may be made in writing by laptop-power-adapters.co.uk or via purchase order or similar document by the buyer.

The goods supplied by laptop-power-adapters.co.uk are warranted for three months from the time of purchase and are warranted within the normal limits of merchantable quality. No other warranty is given express or implied and no warranty is given to cover the suitability of use of any particular item purchased from laptop-power-adapters.co.uk.

Laptop-Power-Adapters.co.uk will under no circumstances be liable or responsible other than as a result of negligence from one of our employees, for damages that may arise due to the possession, handling, use or mis use of any product supplied.

Accepting the delivery of a product shipped will be deemed conclusive and will legally bind the buyer to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All orders placed for goods on laptop-power-adapters.co.uk shall be deemed to be an offer by the purchaser to secure and pay for the items within that particular order.

Any products declared by the purchaser as faulty should be returned to laptop-power-adapters.co.uk via our customer services department, who will set up a returns authorisation. Once said faulty item(s) have been returned to laptop-power-adapters.co.uk they will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be offered.

In particular laptop-power-adapters.co.uk will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential loss and or expenses including the loss of profits suffered by the purchaser that may arise out of a breach by laptop-power-adapters.co.uk of these terms and conditions.

If the purchaser defaults in payments of any amount of the sum of the total order value as and when monies are due to laptop-power-adapters.co.uk, laptop-power-adapters.co.uk reserve the right to suspend or cancel any further shipments of products until the default in payment is made good or the order is cancelled.

All products remain the property of laptop-power-adapters.co.uk until such time as they have been (a) paid for in full and (b) signed for and accepted at the designated delivery address supplied by the purchaser.

Goods must be paid for in full with cleared funds before any items will ship. Laptop-power-adapters.co.uk does not offer credit accounts.

The purchaser must notify laptop-power-adapters.co.uk within 24 hours with regard to goods that have arrived damaged. Where items arrived with damaged packaging the purchaser is required to refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Such items with obvious damage to the packaging will then be returned to us at no charge.

Under no circumstances will laptop-power-adapters.co.uk be liable for any part of the delivery process including timescales. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to finance the return postage of items that are sent back to laptop-power-adapters.co.uk for any reason.

Any advice or recommendation given by an employee of laptop-power-adapters.co.uk is a gesture of good faith. The purchaser must at all times satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any product laptop-power-adapters.co.uk supply for a particular purpose.

All statements and representations or guarantees or warranties that are made by laptop-power-adapters.co.uk or that are given by the laptop-power-adapters.co.uk or its employees, contractors, agents or servants whether verbally or written or in any of the laptop-power-adapters.co.uk's literature, advertisements and catalogues regarding the quality and fitness or purpose of the goods or any of the goods are hereby excluded.

Force Majeure.

Laptop-power-adapters.co.uk will under no circumstances be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions due to any act of god, strike, lockout, war, industrial action, flood, fire, draught, tempest or other event beyond the control of our company.

In the event of any dispute as to the passing of the title in any goods tilt shall be deemed to have not passed unless the buyer proves conclusively to the contrary in each case.

We are totally confident you will be very happy with any purchase made at laptop-power-adapters.co.uk, there may be occasions however when you need to return items to our warehouse. This is no problem.

We will refund or exchange item(s) purchased up to 21 days from the day of delivery of your item. If you return the item to us it must be returned IN THE SAME CONDITION you received it and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We may also request you provide us with proof of purchase.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you open the goods and inspect them they are still returnable and your order can be cancelled up to seven working days following the delivery date of the item(s).

Important notes with regard to opening items

In all cases your product must be complete and in "as new, as delivered" condition. If you have opened the packaging to examine the item(s), you must have done so without causing damage or marking to the item(s) or their packaging. If the item(s) have been used to test or install and it is deemed by the purchaser to be faulty, the item(s) should be returned in their original state with their original product packaging.

WE DO NOT REFUND THE COSTS OF SHIPPING. This includes any costs incurred by the purchaser to return item(s) to us.

Any items unopened in their original sealed packaging and unused can be returned without reason up to 21 days from the date of purchase.

Faulty items

Item(s) deemed faulty within the three month purchase period, defined as three calendar months from the date of acceptance of delivery by the purchaser, will be replaced where possible or refunded. To qualify for a refund again the item(s) must be returned in as new condition in the original packaging supplied.

Laptop-power-adapters.co.uk returns policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights.
